Wild New Vinegars

If you’re looking for a tasty new vinegar to perk up a dressing, marinade or main dish, check out the line from Wild Mountain Berries, “a tiny cottage industry” that hails from Riggins, Idaho.

The company is producing specialty vinegars - including the Huckleberry Vinegar and Pepper Dill Vinegar seen here - all of which are made with wild berries from the region and organically grown herbs and spices.
