Egg-Cellent Choices
Frittata, omelet: These two terms are often used interchangeably although traditionally a frittata features vegetables, meats or cheeses cooked inside the egg mixture and is served flat like a pancake. With omelets, the eggs traditionally are cooked first, then sprinkled with vegetables, meats or cheeses and folded in half or rolled.
