Market report

Carrots, radishes, new potatoes, peas, garlic and onions are starting to make an appearance at most markets. Of course, greens are still plentiful: spinach, lettuce, kale and salad mixes. Anyone who missed out on U-pick strawberries at Green Bluff can find strawberries at the markets this week. The Spokane Farmers’ Market, along with Moran Prairie and Liberty Lake markets, are reporting cherries, too.
