Foothills Community Church was the setting for the June 9 wedding of Amanda Merrell and Andrew Peters.

The bride is the daughter of Barry and Edde Merrell, Spokane. The groom is the son of Marvin and Vicky Peters, Homer, Alaska.

A reception was held at Mitchum’s Barn. The couple are living in Nampa after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.

The bride is a student at Northwest Nazarene University. The groom, who graduated from NNU, is a lab technician.
