Terra Exotic Vegetable Chips

Food panel members had never heard of some of the vegetables in these bags. They loved them anyway.

Tasters happily crunched through the taro, yucca, batata and parsnip chips in Mediterranean flavor. They gave them four stars for taste, but complained the chips were too pricey.

“Nice crunch, subtle sweetness and fun to eat,” said Gabe Kohler.

They weren’t as enthused about Terra’s Sweet and Beets, saying the sweet potato and beet chips were bland. Those scored three stars out of five for flavor.
