Landers jealous?

I wonder why Rich Landers feels such hatred towards Wayne Pacelle President of Humane Society of the U.S.

Could he possibly be jealous of Wayne’s good looks, his full head of hair, his “well-compensated career”? Maybe it’s because deep down Mr. Landers knows that modern men who are kind to animals are much more attractive than Neanderthals that tromp around killing them!
