Clover hosts Sierra Nevada beer dinner

Clover is hosting a Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner on June 20.

The six-course dinner costs $69 per person and starts at 6:30 p.m.

Pairings include the label’s original pale ale with nettle puree, pea shoots, Pecorino and radish; a German-style pilsner with green tea-encrusted ahi tuna, charred asparagus, truffled tahini, saffron oil, peach and ham; and a prickly pear and grapefruit gose with octopus ceviche, blueberry salsa and more.
