Idaho 5A softball tournament postponed until Sunday

The Idaho State 5A softball championship rounds were postponed until Sunday due to playing conditions at Coeur d’Alene HS after morning rain on Saturday.

Lake City (22-2) faces two-time defending champion Eagle (27-2) in a semifinal game at CdA, while Kuna (21-7) faces Boise (22-8) at Lake City HS in a loser-out game, both at 10 a.m.

The Kuna/Boise winner advances against LC/Eagle loser at noon at CdA, then that winner will face the LC/Eagle winner in the title game at 2. The teams will play again at 4 if necessary.
