Wanda Hall of The Basket Case in Hayden Lake - whose nickname happens to be Mimi - makes a variety of Mimi’s Muffins mixes, from sour cream cinnamon to chocolate chocolate chip.

And by another name, but just as sweet, is Hall’s line of Irresistible Cookie Jar mixes. Chocolate chubbies, anyone?

Price: $5-$6 for muffin and cookie mixes (cookie cutters and baking accessories also available).
