Sims-Amsden Nine Mile Falls

The marriage of Amanda Jill Amsden to Matthew Lee Sims was solemnized in an April 29 ceremony at First Church of the Nazarene in Spokane.

Kent and Jeannie Amsden, Chattaroy, are parents of the bride. Sims is the son of James and Rose Sims, Spokane.

A reception was held at the Sons of Norway. The couple are living in Nine Mile Falls after a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.

The bride graduated from Whitworth College with a degree in elementary education. The groom is a firefighter and EMT in Spokane.
