Spokane Valley Baptist Church was the setting for the Sept. 11 wedding of Brianne Marie Brandie Rowe and Derek Jordan Stewart.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Pamela Rowe, Veradale. The bridegroom is the son of Thomas and Delores Stewart, Veradale.

A reception at the church followed the ceremony. The groom is training with the Air Force to become an aerospace ground equipment technician. The bride is working on a degree in elementary education.
