Organic juice cleanses
New book features recipes from London-based Plenish
London-based Plenish offers cold-pressed organic juice delivery in the United Kingdom.
It’s been hailed by Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle website Goop as “London’s best juice cleanse option.”
But if you don’t live in London and aren’t planning a trip there anytime soon, there’s a book by the same name. “Plenish” by Kara M.L. Rosen features more than 50 recipes for juice blends and cleanses.
Here are a few offerings from the new book.
Instructions for all are: juice leafy herbs and greens first, followed by fruits and vegetables. Store in airtight container and refrigerate until use. Best consumed within 24 hours.
Each recipe makes about 2 cups.
