It’s a s’more in a glass.

Indaba Coffee is offering a new signature drink for fall. Its creators are calling it the S’more Gibraltar, and it's being sold at the coffee shop’s downtown location through December.

The $5 espresso-based beverage features graham crackers and marshmallows made by Batch Bakeshop in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood along with house-roasted coffee and chocolate. It’s a collaboration between downtown Indaba manager Evan Lovell and Batch owner Mika Maloney.

Additional specialty drinks are slated to be released in November and December, according to Indaba owner Bobby Enslow.

Founded in 2009, Indaba is a social benefit coffee company that aims to provide internships and employment for at-risk youth as well as meals for people in need through every bag of coffee the shop sells.

The downtown location is at 210 N. Howard St. On the Web: www.indabacoffee.com
