Warmer temperatures expected today

Temperatures may be warming up in Spokane but with rain and snow set to fall throughout Thursday, roads could still be slick. City snow crews worked through the night to improve road condition and will continue to deice, sand and plow on Thursday, the city said in a tweet. Thursday afternoon the city plans to work on residential areas that need additional attention.
